Muse Image is an independent AI visual-generation service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party AI model providers used to operate the service. You are responsible for your inputs and for using outputs lawfully, including respecting intellectual-property and likeness rights.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Pro is billed at US$9.90 per month and includes 60 generation credits per billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal. A scheduled cancellation keeps access through the paid period. For a refund request, contact Support with the order details; statutory consumer rights and applicable Creem buyer terms are not limited by this policy.

We respond to support requests sent to support@museimages.xyz within three business days. Please include your account email and relevant order or job details so we can help efficiently.

Accurate product information

We do not publish fabricated reviews, testimonials, customer counts, or usage metrics. Product descriptions and pricing describe features that are actually available in Muse Image.
